The Oshiche operations team (the "Operator") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") to appropriately handle the personal information of persons ("Users") using the smartphone app "Oshiche" (the "Service").
Article 1 (Information collected)
The Service may collect the following information when Users use it.
- Information provided by Users
- Email address information linked when an account is created
- Data stored when using the Service's features
- Information added to cheki, image, and video items
- Item backup data (optional), and similar data
- Usage information (collected automatically)
- Device information, such as model, OS version, and app version
- Access dates and times, operation history, error logs, and similar information
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID)
- In-app purchase history, including subscriptions and credit purchases
- Information from analytics tools
The Operator may use the following external tools to improve the Service.
- Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase
- RevenueCat (purchase management)
- Crashlytics (crash log analysis)
Data collected by these tools is anonymized and does not identify individuals.
Article 2 (Purposes of use)
The Operator uses the information collected for the following purposes.
- To provide, operate, and improve the features of the Service
The Operator will not view or use data stored through the Service's features for any purpose other than providing those features.
- To address issues and respond to inquiries
- To verify purchase information, provide benefits, and offer compensation in the event of issues
- To address violations of the Terms of Use and prevent improper activity
- To analyze statistical data to improve service quality
- To comply with laws
Article 3 (Disclosure to third parties)
The Operator will not provide Users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases.
- With the User's consent
- When disclosure is required by law
- When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent
- When outsourcing work to service providers, such as server operation, payment processing, or image processing
Article 4 (Management of personal information)
- The Operator appropriately manages Users' personal information and takes necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, leakage, and similar incidents.
- When a User deletes their account with the Service, the Operator will delete or anonymize related data within a reasonable period.
Article 5 (Integration with external services)
The Service uses external cloud services and payment platforms, including Apple, Google, Firebase, and RevenueCat.
Information independently collected by those services is subject to each provider's privacy policy.
Article 6 (Use of AI features)
- The Service provides AI-based automatic adjustment and enhancement features.
- Uploaded images may be temporarily sent to external image processing services for processing.
- Images sent for processing are promptly deleted after processing is complete and are not stored on an ongoing basis by the Operator or the external service.
- Rights in AI-generated results belong to the User, but the User is responsible for the use and publication of those results.
Article 7 (Disclosure, correction, and deletion of information)
- Users who wish to request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information may contact the Operator to request action.
- After verifying the User's identity, the Operator will respond within a reasonable scope.
Article 8 (Use by minors)
The Service is intended for all ages. However, minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before using paid features.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
- The Operator may change this Policy as necessary.
- The revised content takes effect when posted within the Service or on the official website.
